The Training Treadmill
We believe in the power of utilizing a training treadmill, which is why our Kraft treadmill is located behind the indoor barn for easy access and transition between horses.
Our Kraft treadmill allows you to change speed and direction easily from outside the arena, as well as run up to six horses at one time. The treadmill also features a small arena for additional training.
The Race Track
The mile-long outdoor racing track is directly positioned beside our outdoor and indoor stalls to easily run your horses. The property’s track and footing content is carefully tended for and, once again, open to negotiation based on our tenant’s needs.
The Barns
The property includes an indoor and outdoor barn with covered stalls. We continue our legacy of remaining one of the safest properties as all facilities are within walking distance of the Kraft treadmill, racing track, and nine paddock fields. The barn offers four different entrances for you and your horse, as well as a built-in sleeping quarter and shower stall within the indoor barn.
You’ll also find Centaur Fencing throughout the property. Made by our neighbors in Muscle Shoals,Alabama, Centaur Fencing ensures a safer environment for your horses no matter where they are on the property
The Arena
We understand that a vibrant, energetic equestrian requires a cutting-edge arena, which is why we’ve allotted space on our property to develop an arena with the resident’s needs in mind.
Our hope is that the arena will breathe new life into the property as we enter this next phase of Bluewater Ranch. We look forward to stepping into this next phase alongside our next resident.
